Orders
You can order via the Internet, by telephone, by fax or by post. We will send you an e-mail order confirmation when you place your order.
Place of performance
The place of performance for our deliveries of goods as well as for your purchase price payments shall be our registered office, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Delivery times
The standard products contained in this shop are usually delivered within a week.
Payment
Delivery will be made using your preferred payment method (at checkout).
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Shipping and insurance
Deliveries of goods to a place designated by you shall be made at your expense and risk. We will only take out transport insurance on your written instruction.
Prices
All prices are in our national currency. VAT is not applicable for deliveries abroad.
Complaints
Complaints of any kind can only be taken into account if they are made in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods.

For custom-made products, the conditions in our documentation and our order confirmations apply.
